Best new band of recent years is a hard one because I can't think of anyone in the last couple of years who've stood out.
i like a band calle dthe Haven they're differentish. "The Music" can play...and let us know it. The Streets are excellent but they're probably out of the "last couple of years" category by a snip I suppose. I'll go for the darkness, I still can't get on with his voice but they're doing something that's shaking up the scene and I reckon that's good enough for my vote.

you're surely taking the **** on this one?

their early singles struggled to make an impression in the charts, so they resorted to the easy option of the "cover version" to get themselves known.

but where are they now?

Muse have impressed me over the last 5 years since the release of their debut 'Showbiz' in 99 so I'll plump for them.

I'd go for Toploader as well if they came down my local.

FM13 do you just try and wind people up?
