For me it has to be chopped sausages in Schwarz peppercorn sauce although cheddar cheese is my every day favourite.

Beans or tuna mayo have to be the worst.

Cheese and black pepper, or humous and paprika.

It's also nice to fry over some sliced mushrooms and peppers with a bit of garlic and put that on top...

what do you put on first, the chilli or the cheese?

Anyone putting cheese on top of the chilli is a wrongun

Chicken, bacon, mayo & onion. Used to be the lunch of choice for me when working in the smoke. Hot Potato Kitchen was the place that served it. In the arches underneath the railway bridge near London Bridge station. Best jackets anywhere. Now sadly some grotty kebab house I think.

Chilli, cheese and beans......what the hell:winking:

cheese and chili, or cheese with tuna sweetcorn and mayo.

I am, for once, in full agreement with you! Chilli and cheese is absolutely the best but tuna mayo (I prefer chopping small dices of pepper and red onion or spring onions to sweetcorn) is also lovely.

And it was all going so well.........the cheese being all stringy in the chilli is fab!
