Big Brother has to be possibly my biggest guilty secret (well maybe second to scat porn), I know it's not for everyone, but not long (2 weeks?) until the next, and penultimate, series
 
Big Brother never really appealed to me until series 9 were I became addicted to it.


Isn't this supposed to be the last one ?
 
I am trying my best to keep all mention of BB from the wife, other wise it will be on in my house all the time and I am not having that complete bollocks on my TV

I have a wife that used to do that. Thankfully Australian Big Brother has been scrapped so I won't have that problem now. Just have to stop her remembering it's on in the UK so she doesn't want to download it and we'll be OK.
 
Is Davina doing this series or not? I thought I'd heard this would be her last so it follows that it would be likely to be the last series too. I normally watch the 1st show - all the entrances - and then just the evictions up until the last couple of weeks, when I watch a bit more often, although that does depend on the likeability of the housemates. It doesn't have anywhere near the attraction it used to though.
 
Supposedly it's only Channel Four's contract with Endemol which runs out so they may try and sell it to another Channel. So it may well continue to run elsewhere.
 
channel 4's contract with Endomol ends in 2010, so next year will be the last series.

I think its probably run its course now, so once next years series is over, i wouldnt expect it to be back.

Interesting to note C4 are not putting as much into it this year, no live feed on e4 for a start.

That's just to make the highlights show the only possible way to keep up to date with the action, increasing their ratings.

So does that mean E4 wont be completely ruined and I'll still be able to watch Scrubs at gone midnight? That would be boss.

I was really into the first one, like I think most people where. It was new, and exciting but it really ran its course after series 3 in my opinion. Haven't watched any of it since then, but I always read about it in the paper the next day.
 
The only one I watched was when that busty brunnete Saskia in it. I would love to have smashed her doors in so watched it until she was eliminated. After that I have never found reason to watch it. Crock of **** if you ask me.
