Time for a positive amongst so many negative people and post's on here.

Tonight's highly professional performance (IIRC) was our biggest competitive win for over 4 years. The last time we won by 4 or more goals was that fantastic demolition of QPR back on 9 Feb 2007.

Well done Mr Sturrock, with a patched up side and nothing aside from Crawford and Soares on the bench, your boys down our club proud tonight.

Just for one weekend, let's put everything negative aside and enjoy our weekend's, it's a nice start to the weekend after all. Oh and 6 youth team player's offered pro deals, so thats positive too.

Up the Blues

P.S As a club, Why do we always seem to perform and turn it on for Friday night games :-)

Well done in particular to crawford who exceeded all expectations tonight, sawyer was another highlight, he could turn into a talent for us

If we can tie Ferdinand and Sawyer down to two year contracts (3rd year option) then I wouldn't be sad to see Grant leave assuming we got a substantial amount come summertime.

Enjoyed tonight, came away with a huge smile

Took a while to settle in once Hall went to left back, which was a shame after a fantastic opening spell where it looked as if we were out for a walk in the park. Second half though, they really took it to Hereford and came out the easy winners they should have been...lovely to come out of football smiling for once!

As Hereford have won countless away games it must make you wonder the quality of a lot of the sides in our division. On last night's form we must be right up there with the better sides.

Super Southend.

definately and as PS said on our day we can beat anyone in this league when we are at full strength....with some fresh faces coming in along with the nucleus of the current squad next season is shaping up well for a title challenge
