Bilel Mohsni has posted on Facebook that he should be back for the home match against Aldershot on Saturday week. Great news if he makes it:happy:
So now the question of where he plays. If we don't bring anyone in this week then I'd be inclined to give him a run up front. We've got cover at the back but not so much up top.
I think that would be harsh, Coughlan and Barker have been a tremendous back pairing and personally, much as everyone would love to see him play, I don't want Bilel rushing back and doing further damage. Keep him on the bench for a while, that way he can come on up top and scare the sh** out of the opposition in the latter part of games! This would also allow his fitness levels to increase, while also affording us some cover at the back if necessary. We need several clean sheets in the last 9 games to give us any hope of back dooring the Play-Off's. IF he is ready, then he needs to drop in at the back in place of Coughlan in my opinion.

Is BM out of contract at the end of the season or was his contract extended a a few months ago?
Given a bumper deal in October/November, was he not?

That's what I thought but couldn't find any link to it - so started to think I had imagined it!
Yep.
Given a new 2 year deal. He is contracted until summer 2012 I believe. With the option of extending this to summer 2013!

If fit,I would like to see him in central defence, with Barker moving to left back, which is our problem position.
I think they have, and many others I've heard saying the same, and what I mean is building it up by putting in sub appearances. No they haven't.
How does sitting on the bench improve his match fitness?

Doesn't have the pace any more. We saw that at the start of the season.

Without Bilel: 20 games, 28 goals conceeded. 2 clean sheets. 1.40 goals per game.
