Have a guess....
It's my 40th birthday in May, and Mrs BB has set me a task of finding out which songs were number 1 on each birthday, and my God there's been some rubbish.

Can anyone match any of these corkers ?

1975 Tammy Wynette - "Stand by Your Man"
1980 Mash - "Theme From M*A*S*H (Suicide is Painless)"
1982 Nicole - "A Little Peace"
1983 New Edition - "Candy Girl"
1986 Spitting Image - "The Chicken Song"
1989 The Christians, Holly Johnson, Paul McCartney, Gerry Marsden, Stock Aitken Waterman - "Ferry Cross the Mersey"
1994 Manchester United Football Squad - "Come On You Reds"
1995 Robson Green & Jerome Flynn - "Unchained Melody / The White Cliffs of Dover"
2004 Frankee (Who ???) - "F.U.R.B (F U Right Back)"

No point me really researching this, your birthday is 2 days after mine!
Thanks for saving me the effort :D

You can't beat a bit of Ein Bischen Frieden. Will be humming it for the rest of the day now.:)

I Can't Get No Satisfaction by the Stones was #1 on the day I was born.

Why do you smack your head for the Teletubbies but not for Blue?

2004 Frankee (Who ???) - "F.U.R.B (F U Right Back)"

Part of a manufactured double-single release with the now equally-disappeared Eamonn. Frankee was, as you'd imagine, an absolute stunnah.

December birthday by any chance Dave????

Depends really...if BB's birthday is on a Monday one year, this means yours would have been a Friday. As the charts are updated on a Sunday, there may have been a new number One, so technically, there may be a few no.1s that are different :D

There's nothing wrong with this one from your original list:-

1980 Mash - "Theme From M*A*S*H (Suicide is Painless)"

Superb. As was the programme itself.
