blues world

Hi folks
I have the blues world package that allows me to get the highlights.I can't see anything when i click on the rrelevant game.It comes up that it is being shown but I see nothing.Any ideas how to solve the problem?

Hi Canada
I had the same problem ,plus a very annoying fuzzy band about a fifth of the screen down the left .
You need to phone their helpdesk and they will email you a list of things to do ,most to do with your browser settings and java script enabled and having windows media player 2 for example .It all worked for me except getting rid of the fuzzy band ,so I did not renew .

Try checking that you're WMP(Windows Media Player)is no higher than version 10 ie downgrade(remove)version 11.
That worked for me and I had the same problem back in the summer.
