Both very good songs but i am championing the Hendrix with some great guitar work, particularly about 2 minutes in. Released a year before the Rolling Stones Gimme Shelter it set the standard for those to follow !!

Maybe if Gimme Shelter had been used to such great effect in Withnail & I then I might like it more than AATW. As it is, I'm voting Jimi.
 
I think all the classy people are working so the flood of Hendrix votes will hit this evening, for what is clearly the, albeit slightly, better tune :Smile:
