Well - waddya think to the following please? Certainly a few with poor concentration. Am I wasting nets anywhere please ? Thanks.

My all rounder is shaping up nicely - oh and home is a dusty surface !

1) Bernard Hastings (1267514)

LH Batsman, RH Spin Bowler, competent batting form, superb bowling form, lively
A defensive player with woeful leadership skills and woeful experience.

Plays For: ShrimperZone Vets CC
Nationality: England
Age: 18 Years Old
Battrick Rating: 18,114
Wages: £2,642 p/w

Stamina: feeble Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: respectable Concentration: woeful
Bowling: strong Consistency: respectable
Fielding: proficient

BH only plays the occassional friendly due to stamina and will probably have another season and a half nets before being unleashed. Currently on 1x Bat 1x Bowl 1x stamina

2) Frank Mckie (1267254)

RH Batsman, RF Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, lively
A defensive player with feeble leadership skills and abysmal experience.

Plays For: ShrimperZone Vets CC
Nationality: England
Age: 18 Years Old
Battrick Rating: 8,925
Wages: £1,121 p/w

Stamina: mediocre Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: proficient Concentration: competent
Bowling: worthless Consistency: woeful
Fielding: worthless

FM is shaping up to be a fantastic player - Averaging 66 in FC in a struggling team (when I'm not playing a donkey line up) but struggling a little bit this year in the one dayers at a stronger level. Currently 1x bat

3) Puneet Chanderpaul (1266893)

RH Batsman, RFM Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, sublime
A destructive player with mediocre leadership skills and abysmal experience.

Plays For: ShrimperZone Vets CC
Nationality: India
Age: 18 Years Old
Battrick Rating: 9,848
Wages: £933 p/w

Stamina: mediocre Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: respectable Concentration: proficient
Bowling: worthless Consistency: worthless
Fielding: woeful

Another great prospect - Career average 80 in ODs and still averaging 75 in a tough league this year. Currently on 1x bat

4) Martyn Westcarr (1590883)

RH Batsman, RFM Bowler, respectable batting form, mediocre bowling form, invigorated
A cautious player with respectable leadership skills and worthless experience.

Plays For: ShrimperZone Vets CC
Nationality: England
Age: 17 Years Old
Battrick Rating: 4,411
Wages: £1,093 p/w

Stamina: abysmal Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: proficient Concentration: feeble
Bowling: woeful Consistency: worthless
Fielding: worthless

A 0 ITS YP this season currently on 1x fitness and 1x batting. I suspect I'll be avoiding FC/OD and possibly only using in the occassional friendly

5) William Timothea (1559362)

RH Batsman, RFM Bowler, competent batting form, proficient bowling form, sublime
A cautious player with woeful leadership skills and worthless experience.

Plays For: ShrimperZone Vets CC
Nationality: Australia
Age: 17 Years Old
Battrick Rating: 2,899
Wages: £390 p/w

Stamina: feeble Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: mediocre Concentration: mediocre
Bowling: worthless Consistency: woeful
Fielding: abysmal

Picked up for £1000 when I was putting together a donkey line up and performed well enough in his FC game to warrant a second look. Currently 1x bat

6) Brian Blinkhorn (1268556)

RH Batsman, RM Bowler, superb batting form, proficient bowling form, fatigued
A destructive player with strong leadership skills and abysmal experience.

Plays For: ShrimperZone Vets CC
Nationality: England
Age: 18 Years Old
Battrick Rating: 10,158
Wages: £1,848 p/w

Stamina: feeble Wicket Keeping: abysmal
Batting: worthless Concentration: worthless
Bowling: strong Consistency: competent
Fielding: woeful

Struggling this season and now rested due to fitness and will probably just play the occassional FC/OD. Had a decent season last year and currently on 1x bowl and 1x stamina

Personally I would say:

Hastings - 1 bat, 1 bowl, 1 fitness & 1 field
Mckie - 1 bat
Chanderpaul - 1 bat
Westcarr - Sell
Timothea - Sell
Blinkhorn - 1 bowl & fitness
+ 2 more fitness spread around the team (or buy another trainee).

Personally I would sell Westcarr as his stamina will drain too many nets to get to an acceptable position (and you should get decent money for him) and Timothea is too low all round to consider training, I'd only train from mediocre if they have decent secondaries.

Always worth putting a fielding net on all rounders as it is training 3 skills at once (and Hastings concentration needs some work).

What he said, except I would keep Timothea. He could probably do a fill-in job at your level when you need to rest a player.

I don't think there is a problem in training players up from mediocre. About a third of my team were trained up from mediocre. I'd be more reluctant to train someone up from mediocre when they had less than satisfactory stamina though.

I agree sell Westcarr.
