Hi All,

Can anyone drop me some advice on the above?

I work for a law firm and we are attempting to harvest one of our clients e-mail from a BT Yahoo account.

I have heard that there is a functionality bolt-on called the "vault". We are attempting to get our client to subscribe to the service so that we can access his foldered e-mail. What are the installations that need to be carried out? Can you only extract from your vault at your home location? Can you have more than one home location? What type of output is it? PST?

Any advice would be great.

Thank you
