The Predictions of Shrimperzoners aren't always accurate and tends to be on the optimistic side.

On Saturday in Canveyshrimpers Prediction League 58 posted their predictions of which 49 went for a Southend win, 7 went for a draw and only two went for a Dagenham win. For the first Southend scorer 22 said correctly Pigott would be the first scorer while 27 got in wrong with Corr, 4 wrong with Worrall, 4 wrong with Hurst and 1 went for Prosser.

So what of tomorrow nights match? So far 56 have posted their predictions and this shows:

Southend win: 17

Ah, but do with predict with head or heart? Are people that superstitious that predicting a loss will lead to one? Or is it wrong to hope for Southend to lose for those tricky 3 (or 6) points?
