Anyone any hints about solar powered camping fridges?
Indeed, do they exist?

I know there are 12 volt fridges but do they run a car battery down to flat overnight?

We used to use a 12v cool box when we were on electric hook up. Managed to get a really cheap on in Aldis for £25, lasted us years.

When we arent on EHU we keep the coolbox cool on the journey using the car 12v then put ice packs in .

I ran my car battery flat with an electric cool box in the South of France a couple of years ago.

It was less of a problem than leaving the poles for the tent in Benfleet.

Mister "Oops" came to call there! Did you get another set of poles or another tent?
