Oh thats what it is. I assumed the story was about a youth cup or something and didnt even read the story !

So the draw for the newly named league cup is announced this Thursday morning, the cup draw and fixture list is always something to look forward to in the summer. Firstly, who does everyone want in the next round? (any league 2 side at home for me to get a little cup run going).

Secondly, The OS put a notice up re the draw, but no mention of the structure. Does anyone know if the first couple of rounds are a) regional and b) seeded?

Yes, yes and yes.

C*l U*d at home, to show them that there IS only 1 team in Essex!

Pompey or Bournemouth away would be ideal for me living in Southampton.

But Col U at home would be tasty, and maybe a cup run and televised games.

Col U or Ipswich away, or anybody at home. Although Cardiff or Brighton away would mean a new ground, and any of the London clubs away would mean a decent turn-out and an easy evening trip.
