the first point was probably valid... and i hope he means he wasn't appreciated by the club, because I always felt he was popular with the crowd

He was given a decent chance with us, he made 33 appearences for the Club and scored 5 goals.

Maybe he wasn't appreciated by the management staff because he wasn't good enough for this level of football and definately not good enough for a Club looking to get in the Championship.

He was a popular player because he put in 100% but there wasn't a great deal else to his game.
