Club signs deal for stadium

There is nothing KARER's can do to stop Southend Utd from moving forward.
I think your right about the KARERS. The fact the council have given the go ahead to the B&Q development (I think), will have negated their arguments of increased traffic congestion, extra noise and lack of road access. This will just leave the hoards of urinating fans walking all over their front gardens and if a public enquiry turns down prospects of extra jobs and an out of town stadium just because of that, then there's something very wrong.

Nothing's happened. We haven't put any plans forward, we've just done what we said we would some time ago.
I wouldn't say that Naps, its done something, its put more worry into the fans ...

To be honest, Im more concerned about RM, he could have told us this in the summer, and its worrying he doesn't have a clear timescale.
