Cocktails

Ohhh, yes, forgot rum punch! Not sure about caramelised though.
Not sure on the method or measurements since The Alchemist is the only bar I've seen do this cocktail, but it includes:
Appleton Estate Rum, Grand Marnier, Bristol Syrup Watermelon, Lime, Pineapple. Fire.

They actually set the thing on fire to give it a really nice smoky taste

Depends on the circumstances - if it's round a pool or on the beach in the Caribbean then it's a pina colada. If it's an evening cocktail, then I like a classic martini, though I do like an espresso martini too.

Was treated to afternoon tea at Mad Dogs by my daughter, on Sunday, and it was their Breakfast at Tiffanys one with a cocktail called Moon River - champagne, with blue curacao and sicilian lemon tonic....very nice!

Did a jazz evening there a few weeks back ( very good)
Can highly recommend the “two tree island iced tea”- you won’t have many ?
