reading OSM yesterday, about Bill Shankly. When he retired, he was addicted to football, he was shunned by Liverpool, but still played five-a-side down the park, still coached kids, etc. When Derby were looking for a manager, he was favourite to be picked as manager. The choice however went to an unheard of Colin Murphy. Who got sacked 10 months later.
