During the long period where there was no Bovril in the West (thankfully over now) I once ordered one of these. Totally awful. Hopefully by the start of next season this will be sorted as it really puts people off handing over cash inside RH.

There must be a plan once they are in control fully and deal complete. I got a burger due to no pies the other week. Burger picked up with tongs, put in dry bun, no onions, offered cheese, said yes and this was peeld off and place on top by server wearing no gloves. I was thinking do I want to eat this. At least the pie remains in its wrapper...
