So the WBA forward may go on strike after Albion snubbed the Spurs bids.

Jesus,these players ain't got a clue,reportedly on a non shabby 30k a week yet not satisfied.

Will Albion let him rot in the reserves? Probably not,but he has burnt many bridges with his tantrum.

I suspect the thought of not being in limelight, a long drawn out European court style release case, may persaude him to play

However how the fans will react is unclear .....

He is a prat and badly advised,Would he have still be keen on Spurs if they had offered him 10k a week,no chance.

Greedy pigs in the trough.

Out of interest, do you know for sure he was badly advised? Do we know for sure he didn't tweet off his own bat, and was then told off by his advisor?

It would then be to his benefit for him, and his advisor, to allow that to be believed. That way the player might have a chance of being forgiven by his team mates and fans.

It's entirely possible the he's just an idiot who did something in the heat of the moment without taking advice from anyone.

He should of let his football do the talking,so an idiot for sure.

Completely agree. For that reason it suits him to blame his agent so that he can be allowed to play again, and let his football do the talking.

Is he even that good? He had a hot streak during last season but he still has a lot to prove. The transfer window's over so just get your head down and start scoring goals again. These Premier League prima donnas like him, De Gea, Sterling etc could learn a lot from Dan Bentley about how to deal with transfer speculation (i.e. keep your mouth shut and get on with your job). Slagging off your boss on Twitter is a pretty stupid thing to do too, keep it private.

Loyalty works two ways - plenty of clubs (including our own) won't think twice about moving a player along if they don't think that they are good enough.

That's an aside - I saw Henry Winter make a few comments about Berahino the other day saying that he isn't the money-grabbing ungrateful brat that he'll be made out to be because of his tweet and I think he made some good points. This is a kid who has known as much suffering and pain in his life as any of us and more than most. Plus yet again, contrast the reaction when it is Sterling, Cole or Berahino vs. when Rooney or Gerrard hold out their clubs to ransom for an extra £50k a week

But the player was only too happy to sign his contract at Albion,Spurs never met Albion's valuation so the player should just shut up and do his talking on the pitch.

It is West Brom who made all of this public. Their chairman is the one who has been spouting all this crap in the media for weeks.

If the player had remained silent then he would have showed more class than the chairman, remember fans who earn a fraction of his salary pay to watch and worship the guy.

Silence speaks a thousand words.
