Just wondered what everyone thinks of him.

If your not familiar he's the Irish guy that presents 'Mock The Week'.

I find him utterly hilarious and am going to see him live at the Cliffs Tonight.

Only over shadowed by managing to get 8 tickets for me and my mates for Lee Evans at Wembley in November.:)

I'm glad our opinions differ on this one as I'm going to see him.

Far better stand-ups than him around though.
If it's Irish humour you're into maybe check out Ed Byrne or Tommy Tiernan?

Well, we wouldn't exactly have crossed paths either if both of us were going to see him either would we. I mean you certainly don't think he's worth a 800 mile round trip to go & see him & I wouldn't bother going to the end of my street even if he was doing a free gig out the back of a transit van!

i thought his stand-up on Live at the Apollo was pretty good... you're right about Ed Byrne and Tommy Tiernan thought. I met Ed Byrne in a canadian pub in Covent garden, he was on his own and eating a big plate of the pubs infamous chicken wings. top bloke though

Then whatever your doing at home must me mighty entertaining!

Ed Bryne does make me laugh also but it's the spontinaity (sp) and improvisation of Dara that makes him so unique.

I think he's very good from what I've seen. He was on one of the Jack Dee at the Apollo repeats recently. Thought he was funny.

Would have got tickets for tonight, but I'm out with punters.

I demand a recount on the voting, somebody else obviously agrees with me as I got repped for saying what I did!

Tommy Tiernan is such a ****er!!! Andrew Maxwell is pretty funny, Dara O Briain is average enough...think everyone over here is a bit sick of seeing him on TV at this stage
