Ginger Baker was from a time when musicians really were hero's to people and he could play all right.

He was a strange one tho. Famous for telling anyone who said hello to him to f off. Also was said to be the biggest moaner in that world. He also used to punch people for very little reason. So not a hero to me.

I kind of feel the same; I've always quite liked Cream, but that's in spite of Clapton's presence rather than because of it.

Loved Bruce and Baker's stuff in the Graham Bond Organisation and even went to see them with Gary Moore as guitarist in BBM. Funny because I like Clapton's solo blues stuff but I never could stand Cream.
