I'm listening to the commentary on BBC Radio Derby online and I can't believe some of the comments coming out from the mouth of the summariser (Ted McMinn) who must be the most ill-informed person in football. His latest 'gem' is suggesting (quite seriously) that the £25,000 paid to Barnet for Mark Gower "must surely still be a club record for Southend United".

He's also complaining about the sun being in his eyes!

Update 1: "If we get the ball on the deck then I think we (Derby) will win this game quite comfortably."

Update 2: "Take Eastwood out of the team and Southend have nothing." He's probably right on this count!

Update 3: "Southend making it easier and easier for Derby County."

Update 4: "(Campbell-Ryce) has loads of tricks but no end product".

No. I always listen to the opposition commentary. You get a different view of the game. I've got Match Console running anyway so I can flip between the two commentaries if I wish.
