Can someone explain why the first link shows a lightly prosecution and the second shows someone who continually gets away without prosecution.

And the free speech argument falls flat on it's face when it comes from someone who would deny that right to each and every one of you.

Where to start?

One is in Germany and the other in Ireland. Completely different legal systems.

One took 70 years to bring to prosecution, the other is recent.

One is alleged to have killed 170,000 people, the other has said some stupid things to try and provoke a reaction.

Maybe I'm missing something but I'm struggling to see much common ground to make the comparison in the first place.

And the free speech argument falls flat on it's face when it comes from someone who would deny that right to each and every one of you.

Because he would do something, we need to stoop to his levels? What's the point in winning if we're only going to do what he'd do?

Anyway, sunlight's the best of disinfectants. Keep it open and above ground - much easier to track and counter then.
