Biggest let down so far this year, Morrissey - Ring leader of the tormentors. was so looking forward to this, but feel let down!

I've never been anything but disappoinited with solo Morrissey - he's never released anything to equal his work with The Smiths, he's so unadventurous (musically), sticking to the same tired formula for album after album. The last few albums are particularly poor - nothing but sub-Brit Pop nonsense.

On the subject, The Fratellis are playing in Mayhem on Monday 1st May. The media has been hyping them up recently so looking forward to see these play, even though the venue is a bit weird

Most impressed with there debut single 'Creppin up the backstairs' to hear more -

The Fratellis

I haven't heard it yet but that James Blunt has sold a lot of copies of his latest album so it must be pretty good.
