£15 Victim Surcharge? What the bloody hell is that? Why do so many aspects of our daily lives attract surcharges or admin costs or booking fees?

You can't even break the law now without being charged a bloody surharge!

This is standard for Chinese take outs... We had this at Aroma in Basildon...

Also at the take away just along from Chalkwell station some years ago. I don't bother complaining anymore... it always tastes fairly good to me...
