Well they've gone easy on the club in respect of officials' travelling expenses for this tie.

Referee will be Robert Claussen from Rayleigh.

Assisting will be Jamie Pope, who was from Hawkwell during his Southend Sunday League days and presumably still is.

The other Assistant is from a little further afield, Michael Scott from Stanford-le-Hope.

As already stated by others, Braintree could field White, Rush, Davies, Paxman and possibly Benton. Equally Benton might be playing for us.

The winners will join Billericay, Colchester, Hornchurch and Chelmsford in the quarter finals, the last two having had comfortable wins this evening.

A change of venue and a change to one of the Assistants for tomorrow night. No Jamie Pope and instead we have ECFA employee, Matthew Pointer, from the Southend area.

Don’t think there’s much chance of football tomorrow looking at temperatures they will all have frozen pitches

ECFA website now showing this tie as scheduled for Wednesday 25th January back at Roots Hall with a 7:30 pm kick off. Same officials as per postponed match at Braintree.
Given it's just 3 days away you'd have expected one of the clubs to have mentioned it.

It's all, well nearly all, change for the officials:

Referee is now Aaron Farmer from Colchester
Assistant Referee 1 remains Michael Scott from Stanford-le-Hope
Assistant Referee 2 is now Gary Jerden from Wickford
