Essex -vs- Leciester

Six wicket win, that'll do nicely. Somerset looking likely to beat Durham (120/4 requiring 240) too, so the top of the table beckons

Is there anyone working/living in Chelmsford today that can tell whether the weather will play a part?  Blue skies in London, but the breeze is fresh...

7 runs needed, and I'm not sure what part of London you are in but the skies certainly aren't blue above me at the moment!

Irani lbw for 34.
Chancery Lane - and it's gone all cloudy now....

A promising start for the Essex and it looks like Andre and Dazza have began in full flow which is great news.

Alex was only dropped for a rest not because of his form. He has to come back in the team but it looks as though we have selection problems for the right reasons!
