Not exactly massive news but there is a mini excavator and council workers over at FF.

They seem to be working on the small access point from Sutton Rd to the site. Right next to the Crematorium.

Small steps and all that.

Looking for the warchest?
Lol. The first thing that has to be completed before proper work can begin. Is the creation of one or two access roads to the site, for the workers and the heavy plant machinery. So this has to be a step in the right direction.

Obviously it is just the start of site clearance. But this is the first time I have seen them working on a proposed access point. Which as I said above, needs to be in place before any work can begin. This is one of the many caveats on the S106 agreement.

Don't get excited. They are clearing a ditch at the edge of the road and a council sludge gulper is there purely because the road had surface water that wouldn't drain away.

Nothing to do with FF.
