Any sides within reach of Twickenham/Teddington? (Preferably not anyone that costs me a tenner to get to, such as anyone around zone 1).

Woking, Staines (in particular), Hayes & Yeading, Hendon (they play in Wembley/Sudbury), Harrow, AFC Wimbledon and Maidenhead are all pretty close.

Bury away as can't now go to the game on Sat and Gigg Lane still needed in the 92 quest.

Then Col Ewe at home in Rd 2. Easy.

Then away to Ipshite Town round 3 for a repeat of the 'best day ever' from a few years back.

Then Portsmouth at home so I can take my Dad and show why his change of alliegance a few years back was the wrong decision.

Then Man U away in Round 5 and we retain our 100% record v them

Then Chelsea away in the QF for a repeat of that great day out not so long ago. This time in the last second a Herd long throw is deflected in to his own net by Drogba to give us the win.

Then it's Arsenal in the SF. Moshni thumps Walcott in the first minute who falls on Fabrewotsit and though down to ten men, with two of their key men injured SUFC win with ease to make it to Wembley

Then its AFC Wimbledon in the final (them having beaten Chelmsford City in the SF - that is prob where this post starts to spook the edges of fantasy). An effergy of that long haired MK Dons Chairman is burnt on the centre spot (a post match search cannot find any trace of Uncle Ron either) before the game surrounded by dancing Bluebells, the AFC (and he nation) cry with delight but Blair Sturrock, under instruction from Dad not to weep if he wants his bonus of a new supply comics and to keep his wispy pony tail, rides the emotional wave to knock in a hatrick and lift the Cup for the Shrimpers.

Ho hum, the pill has worn off, back to reality, more government cuts, loss of child benefit, massive increases in kids uni fees, spiralling insurance premiums, the realisation that Martin is still here, etc. Must take another pill soon and work out our Eurpoa League campaign for 2011/12.

You lost me at the bit where Col Ewe make the second round.

definitely an away game at a small club so we get that real sense of fa cup fever

Fancy a Wino Express trip to somewhere non league, have a great day at a friendly and get popped safely into the pot for Round 2!!!

I quite fancy a southern based non-league team. Fairly close, so we can take a large travelling army.

Someone like Hendon or Hythe will do.

You just know it's going to be Lincoln home/away though, don't you.

Personally, I hope its not a non-league team. I don't think I fancy finding out how this current team fares against non-league opposition.

Never thought I'd see the day that I'd be grateful for automatic qualification for Round 1 (proper)

Banana skin teams: Crawley, AFC Wombles and FC United. We get any of those and I will be looking for a noose.

In fairness Crawleys team cost more than ours so wouldnt be a shock. Frankly the way we're playing, anyone would fancy drawing us.

True enough.

Will be a sad day when we get turned over by Swindon Supermarine and it is not even seen as much of a shock.
