Just want to say a huge thank you to the players and to all the Junior Blues and their families who turned up for the event at Marsh Farm today. We had the best day of the year so far, glorious sunshine, and I hope everyone enjoyed themselves.

It was great to see some of the players bring their own families and make a day of it, while still doing all the autographs and photographs that our youngsters asked for.

Some absentees, who were visiting family based "oop North" following on from the excursion yesterday or who had other commitments. Good to see that Dan didn't look any the worse for his nose incident yesterday! Poor Lenny was obviously not party to the "dress down" memo!

Absolutely agree. Although due to work i couldnt attend myself both my kids (Junior Blues) and my nephew were there taken by my parents. They (including my Dad) are in this photo. Shame there weren't a few more players present but still a good day out for the young fans and well organised.
