My grateful thanks to Robbie above from the Blackpool Trust for allowing me to share with Zoners their clubs detailed guidance which they have recently produced and forwarded to their Trust members

It makes for a very interesting read on the White paper and the way forward with it, a thorough guide including the 90 pages of the White paper !!

Well worth the effort to read and reflect upon.

I was interested to see that the Regulator and proposals do appear to apply to the National League , including the new fit and proper tests for CURRENT and future club owners
