Have a guess....
BATTY SHRIMPERS v Team Tadley C.C.

Relegation battle for me this week. I'm 5th and he's 6th, loser can probably kiss goodbye to staying up.

Pretty much a full-strength side out, and we've made a good start.

We can tell you that Team Tadley C.C. won the toss and elected to bat. The pitch is looking quite cracked! A field day for the seam bowlers I would reckon on this partially cloudy and humid day.

End of Over 10 (4 runs). Team Tadley C.C.: 23-2, runrate=2.30
Overs left today: 100
Schoeman 5-2-12-1
Fitzpatrick* 11 (24 balls)
Rowlands 1 (2 balls)

Last Wicket: Hindmarsh c. Brush b. Schoeman 10 (FOW: 19/2)

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Stumpys v DIBS DIPPERS

4th placed Mrs BB takes on the leaders, who for some reason hav edecieded to throw the game, not that Mrs BB will be complaining.

We can tell you that DIBS DIPPERS won the toss and elected to field. The pitch is looking a touch on the green side. All the seam bowlers have been out there rubbing their hands on this partially cloudy and humid day.

End of Over 10 (Maiden). Stumpys: 10-7, runrate=1.00
Overs left today: 100
Mohammed 5-4-1-2
Dixon* 0 (7 balls)
Myers 1 (8 balls)

Last Wicket: Cameron lbw b. Mackin 0 (FOW: 9/7)

I take on a full-strength Sky Blues and it appears i made an absolute belter of a start! Had them 7-3 but the next 2 are proved to be a bit useful before Waters just took his 3rd wicket of the match, but its nice to gain a point already so early on in the game!

Welcome to General Stars CG for the match between General Stars and Sky Blues.

We can tell you that General Stars won the toss and elected to field. The pitch is looking a touch on the green side. All the seam bowlers have been out there rubbing their hands on this partially cloudy and humid day

End of Over 32 (2 runs, 1lb). Sky Blues: 150-4, runrate=4.69
Overs left today: 78
Waters 8-1-24-3
Rampaul* 0 (2 balls)
Howlett 69 (73 balls)

Last Wicket: Myall b. Waters 70 (FOW: 147/4)

£500,000 into the bank, so like B said yesterday i think i might be able to start branching out on the wage front if/when the chance comes.

303k for me in gate receipts, but then I'd lost a few games before Friday.

Lost an important toss against the top team, but going nicely after an iffy start.

Sookram* 23 (60 balls)
Butler 73 (109 balls)

Last Wicket: Odonague lbw b. Solanki 3 (FOW: 37/2)

great bowling display, no idea why Sooky is scoring so slowly in comparison to Butler though- on the same orders and Sooky is 4 levels higher in primary.

End of Over 83 (Maiden). Sky Blues: 353-6, runrate=4.25
Overs left today: 27
Raven 18-4-47-2

Not a bad number 8 to have!! 2 bowling points isn't bad. Time to get skittled now, i guess! Anymore than 120 and i'll be shocked!

Bloody campers ;) I only took 226k today :(

Today was my highest FC gate and takings ever. Over 17,000 inside Molyneux CG (26,500 capacity), more than 4,500 more than the previous best for a day's FC play and £318,462 takings, more than £75,000 better than the previous best. Very happy with that and pretty good going I feel for a division IX side.

At home against Elvyn Moor, a double-header against s side I have beaten by an innings 6 times in a row. Looking good at stumps.

Bowling first, we bowled them out for 98; Sharma 3-26, Williams 4-12, Shashidhar 3-16. We're at 251-2 at stumps; centuries for Quincy 'James' Last 103 and Bob Birkett 104 not out, continuing his brilliant form this season.

They declared on 361-6 giving me 2 points and i closed on 96-2! Partially cloudy tomorrow, which i think IIRC is better than being partially cloudy and humid (like it was today!)! Quite suprised about how well i did TBH!

Kev

My opponents bizarrely declared on 300-6, we made 80-1 in reply. I've taken my declaration out today in the hope of batting for as long as possible (doubt it will happen) but this game again looks like meandering to a draw.

Ended the day 98-5 in reply to his 171 all out. Lost Pollock in the last over of the day, which was a pain, as conditions are a bit better for batting today. So we're left with Downing and Nagga in now, with Lindop to come. If we don't get past their total we're in big trouble as it's PC+H again tomorrow.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Mrs BB won by an innings and 320 odd

Sini's torturously slow innings comes to an end.

End of Over 40 (4 runs). ShrimperZone CC: 116-2, runrate=2.90

Sandile* 9 (15 balls)
Lamey 60 (93 balls)

Last Wicket: Sinethemba c. Alvi b. Crane 31 (FOW: 94/2)
