Fell asleep watching Consadole Sapporo

I feel it is important to remind Southend supporters how lucky they are to be able to watch their team. Passion, excitement, drama, atmosphere, quality!?!

This weekend I watched Consadole Sapporo (my new second team) draw 1 -1 with Ehime FC in the Japanese second division (J2). Consadole are actually top of J2 but were so rubbish that I actually fell asleep. It didn't help that I was lying down on a nice grassy bank in the sunshine. The quality was terrible and the supporters in the main stand just sang the same song over and over. It was all too well planned, polite and not at all spontaneous.

It would be impossible to fall asleep at Southend or any English ground for that matter. I miss Southend United. :( :( :(

so how did the song go and we'll give it a blast at RH tomorrow night.
