I watched 'Cloverfield' again the other day. Spectacular bit of film IMO. The sequel is in the pipeline and i'm proper looking forward to it.

This made me start thinking about films that should have had a sequel.
Obviously everyone knows the dangers of ruining the franchise with a sequel, but imagine this sequel was as good as the first, and didn't ruin the story.

Another film i'm looking forward to is the sequel to 'The Strangers'. Another top film.

So, do you, my fellow riff-raff of The Zone have a film that you want/wish they would make a sequel to it?

Mary Poppins where she comes to sort out a family of feral kids - God knows, there's enough of them about these days!

Commando. John Matrix in Iraq would be a helluva movie.

Great quote I found regarding the relative qualities of this film and 'The Matrix':

'Oh, are you saying that The Matrix is the best action movie of all time? Does The Matrix have Arnold Schwarzenegger? NO. Does Commando have the Matrix? YES.'

In this day and age?! She'd be robbed, stabbed and shot in that order, within the opening credits!!

The quote makes a decent point

My favourite Porno is Escape from Albania and I really feel they should have followed it up with Escape from Albania II.

Sounds like most Albanian's lifelong dream. The sequel should be called;

ESCAPE FROM ALBANIA 2; RELOCATE IN GRAYS

The basic plot is Claudia (a pretty brunette teenagers) father is killed in the Albanian revolution so she goes to live with her Aunt and Uncle. However the uncle bascailly starts smashing her doors in. She decided enough is enough so she sets about trying to escape from Albania to get to stay with her friend Sylvia who lives in Italy.

She gets to border control but does not have the right papers so she lets the policeman smash her doors in ij return for safe passage to Italy.. Then she gets to Italy where he friend is working as a maid. The owner of the large mansion in Italy agrees to let her stay as long as he can smash ger doors in. However the owners son threatens Claudia to get her deported unless he gets to smash her doors in.

Claudia then gets mixed up and hooked on the white stuff. She cant afford drugs pretty soon so she lets her dealer smash her doors in. Finally she ends up working for a pimp who smashes her doors in.

It really is a great film for the whole family.

Without ruining the ending for everyone, can you answer one thing. Does she make it to Grays in the end

Team America:World Police.

One of the best, most funniest films I've ever seen. Would love it if they was to make a sequel.

Quadrophenia

Good one.

Personally i'd like to have seen seen Blade Runner. I think the fact that nobody ever realised that Harrison Fords character Deckard was actually a replicant too, this could of spawned another film. Also would of been really good if The Goonies had a sequel or prequel.

Not saying it's a bad idea, in fact I fully agree, but no chance. Cost too much, and didn't get enough in the box office.

Master and Commander'd be good, if only to sort out that cliffhanger. Wouldn't say no to another Wallace and Gromit feature film either.

Pulp Fiction.

I doubt even Tarantino could have matched what in my opinion is the best flick ever made.

Apart from porno that is. Oh and Blue Velvet.
