What worries me is that there doesn't appear enough sparkle in the manager's eyes. I'd sack him and put soemone like Steve Tilson in cahrge, and see how he gets on. Mind you I wouldn't rule out getting Stan in as manager as long as he can get someone like Steve (I Found Love) Walsh into assist him.
