Been revealed the overspend was a mere 176 million,poo chicken feed in the enormous 12 billion budget.

Some say the overspend could have kept our steel crisis going for 6 months!

For my money the 12 billion should be used here in this country,sod overseas aid,it only goes to despots and corrupt Governments,we all know that.
