Fossets Farm.................progress?

Care to shed any light on how you came by this information?

yer I was told it, by a pal of mine for some years that works for the FA, apparently they tried to get the request put through this year to play there home games an alternatives to gills, because of the ground share, Sainsburys will need the site properly shut to build none of this 'they will build on the car park bollecks' anyway part of the deal that sainsburys have agreed to is to put he work of until next season at that time we will be sharing with Gills, I wouldnt write this to put egg on my face

Sod that, I'm not paying an extra £3 to go over the bridge and back, I could buy a load of cakes with that money.
 
Im still not buying it. I dont doubt that is what you have been told by your friend , but if that was the case there are plenty of people who post who are very much in the know and they havent mentioned this.

Also i think that would be the straw that broke the camels back and i for one would not be making the trek to that ******** week in week out.

I agree, as far as i was aware the ground when it is vacated is actually going to become housing and have nothing to do with Sainsburys new store which i understand will take up the car park, the flats to the Vic avenue side, Prospects and the Pizza shops. I would imagine that as the Sainsburys store is mostly going to be prefabricated it wont need a great deal of extra space during construction. PLUS the planning permission for the Sainsburys store says that the store cannot open until Fossetts Farm is built.
