Frameworks do them on Church Road, Benfleet. The Trust use someone that used to have a shop but now does it from home, can't remember his name but can find out for you without too much bother if you want.

I used Frameworks a while ago for the other halfs signed Freddy shirt. Think it was about £70ish and was a top job.
