The final match. It's been a very successful tournament with lots of shocks and lots of very good football and I've enjoyed watching far more matches than I intended to at the beginning. As for today's final, I think I'll read the reports tomorrow rather than anything else more inclusive. I actually don't much care who wins.

Thought VAR gave that penalty correctly, Perisic clearly moves his hand towards the ball and it deflects off it and out of play.

First half made it seem like it could be a classic but France woke up second half and (aside from Lorris' mistake) it was pretty one sided in the second 45.

France were good but I still say Belgique were the best side. Thoroughly entertaining tournament.
