Well done everyone involved. We always seem to be top of the medal table every four years. It says a lot about the UK. It doesn't matter if you have a disability, you can also win Olympic medals.

I'm sure the Lotto invests a lot too, so hats off to them.
 
I've not been excited about the Olympics or Paralympics this year. Not sure if its the covid effect of empty stadiums or the time difference as its in Japan. I've watched some stuff but nowhere near the amount I would normally watch.

Hopefully will become more infused again when it comea round again in 3 years time in Paris

I think it's a mixer of everthing... I think CH4 shows the Paraolimpics which is very limited and not that good. I tend to watch other online sites.

C4 always been the heart of Para games and the guests are more interesting than some of the bland BBC Olympic games commentators. Truly inspires many people of all ages to prove though disabled it doesn't stop you pursuing your dreams
The Last leg broke down many barriers and still a top show to view, especially when their ambassador Johnny Vegas is there
