No words really needed for this picture, but as Saturday nears, I felt it was necessary that people were reminded of just how much of a mad *******, Tyson Fury is...

Calling it now, that Tyson needs a knockout to win this one.

Moretti has a mixed record. Some good, mixed with some downright farcical & questionable decisions.

Feldman. Urgh.

Don’t know too much about Weisfeld.

My head says that Fury gets caught early, and it’s game over.

Although as a value bet, Wilder to win via split decision is 40/1 with SkyBet. That’s my shout.

I think the cut plays a massive part. Wilder will target the cut drag his gloves across it go in hard with his head and drag it out of clinches.

Problem is will that benefit him, if it opens from a punch and it goes to the scorecards it’s very unlikely (in normal circumstance) when you don’t have 3 American judges Tyson would win.

Don’t think this will be as memorable as the first one and could see it ending in controversy.

I said before I think the cut will come into play, unfortunately.

As much as I cant wait for the big one tomorrow night (sunday morning really) Theres a decent little card on Sky from york hall tonight.

Couple decent fights to kick off the weekend, especially Tyrone Mckenna vs Mohamed Mimoune.

I’ve really enjoyed the Golden Contract and think MTK are doing a great job with boxing. I always enjoy these small Hall shows. We’ve also got the Saturday card on ITV as part of BT’s new connection with FW and ITV.

I think Mimoune will go on to win the tournament at super light.

Upcoming bout scheduled for May,Pacman versus Alonso , you heard it first here.

Mates didn't bother with the weigh in today, it changed from ticket to a free for all so it is just gonna be manic

Weigh-ins in Vegas are a massive event in themselves, especially when British fighters are involved.

Hard to paint a mental picture for those who haven’t seen the inside of The MGM, but the queues are a free-for-all, and they stretch back hundreds and hundreds of yards. Literally from the Garden Arena entrance, all the way back to Casino floor. On top of that, it’s first come, first served, so you have to be there early & queue for hours. Great fun though.

I’m a bit concerned about the weights. Wilder has come in really heavy, so it’s fairly obvious he’ll be going for the one punch special.

Fury coming in at 19.5st is ****ing ridiculous. He’s far too heavy. Personally I’ve always thought his best weight was around 17.5-18st. I know he prefers 18.5-19st. But what he is right now, is super heavy, and that’s not good for him.

He’s not a slugger. He’s not really much of a puncher. His best attribute is his ability to glide around the ring. Adding all that weight, won’t help him to do that.

Got a bad feeling he’s getting put to sleep tomorrow. Really, really, really hope I’m wrong.

I’d be interested to know John Fury’s thoughts. He was very critical of Tyson’s weight versus Wallin. He reckoned he was too light and wasn’t happy at all with his performance.

We really aren’t going to know the plan until he gets in there. It’s hard because he’s with his new trainer Sugar Hill Steward. Not the great trainer Emmanuel but his son Javan. He’s joined up with him with the intention of a knockout victory. If it ain’t broke then it doesn’t need fixing! Should’ve done what he does best and outbox and move him. Just like he did in the first fight just avoid those bombs a little bit better.

I have the same concern as you, I think either the cut will end up stopping the fight or a Wilder bomb will land and he won’t get up this time.

Lots of negative rumours coming out of the Fury camp. Unfit, cut got opened in sparring etc. Could just be the usual bollocks, but it does sound like it could have happened.

The one thing you should never do is underestimate Fury and I hope he proves us all wrong and knocks Wilder out in the 2nd

I despise John Fury, I really do.

He’s a bitter old man, who wants to live his failed life through his son, on the proviso that it’s done his way.

Firstly, Uncle Peter wasn’t good enough as a trainer. Then Ben Davison wasn’t good enough to be a trainer.

In John’s head, he’s the best boxing coach known to mankind, that just hasn’t been recognised yet. Although in reality, his boxing knowledge extends as far as the camp site boundaries.

Not sure what to make of Stewards kid yet. He’s unlikely to replicate his dad, but he comes from good stock, so let’s see. Personally I don’t understand this gameplan, which has more flaws that benefits.

I can only assume that he’s come in heavy to try and bully Wilder; Lean all over him, drag him around & sap his energy, all whilst flicking our point-scoring jabs.

I don’t believe this nonsense about trying to go for the early stoppage. Sure if the opportunity arises, then he’ll look for it, but that’s not how Tyson fights. He boxes. He moves. He doesn’t throw one-time knockout shots, and he certainly doesn’t go looking for them.

For some reason I haven’t been too concerned about the cut reopening. Sure, there’s a chance it could, but Wilder isn’t going to be peppering Tyson with ramrod jabs.

I’m not sure what to make of the rumours that he’s had a bad camp. I thought Tyson looked a bit rattled during the press conference the other day, and Wilder was definitely in his head.

I dunno what to think about all this tbh. When you do the maths, it adds up to this won’t be his night. New trainer, new gameplan, new weight, foreign soil, judges against him.

I just hope to **** he manages to pull it off somehow.

@Ricey what you doing, streaming or paying?

I’ve decided to cough up for this one. Can’t risk a steam going down.

First PPV I’ve bought since Tyson Vs. Wlad four and a half years ago :Hilarious:

I’ve not bought one since Joshua v Wlad and then before that it was Tyson v Wlad. I’ll be streaming. Also will have TalkSport on for the commentary. Adam Catterill and Nick Peet are superb.

I’m not staying up, I’ll be waking up for it. Not really phased by the under card. Navarrete is an exceptional fighter and will get a stunning KO as usual. The rest is bang average, Martin v Washington will either be a massive knockout or a bore fest. It’s all about Wilder and Fury. Nothing else matters the main event sells itself.
