A friend of a friend is looking for a place to stay in Southend during an internship in July.
B&Bs have worked out at £1000+ which is out of budget.
He is simply looking for a room with somewhere to prepare meals.

Apparently Ron is looking for a housekeeper. Not sure if it's live-in but he has a big kitchen
