Nice:thumbsup:

I just admire his "never say die" attitude

It is interesting though, fellow Zoners criticising his "reckless" tackles....it wasn't that long ago that Mssrs Maher and Grant were always knee deep in yellow/red cards...yet they are viewed as hero's....or is that us lot being fickle ?

No I don't think so, Maher and Grant offered a lot more besides and that is why it wasn't a massive issue to most fans IMO. I've only recentley seen that Deegan has a bit more about him than just an enforcer and I honestly think that has coem from his time here, Brown initially only signed him on a very short term contract so certainly wasn't bowled over and probably saw something that he could mould, the fact he has earned contracts since and that he is now starting shows how far he has come. I'm happy that he has blossomed here but one swallow does not make a summer, it's only a few decent performances. I do sincerely hope he does continue, I really don't mind being wrong in this instance.
