It wasn't rubbish but I'm disappointed that nobody apart from BtD bit. Even then I expected far more abuse from him..!

Must try harder next time

In spite of my self righteous comments, I just found out that we were chanting 'No surrender' last night. (amongst other classics such as 'if I had the wings', 'I'll never be a b**t**d' and 'Layer road is falling down')

Happy St. Georges day! (And apologies if you heard me!):D

'I see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
Straining upon the start. The game's afoot:
Follow your spirit; and, upon this charge
Cry God for Harry, England and St George!'.

Say you don't know me, or recognize my face
Say you don't care who goes to that kind of place
Knee deep in the hoopla, sinking in your fight
Too many runaways eating up the night

Marconi plays the mamba, listen to the radio, don't you remember
We built this city, we built this city on rock an' roll

We built this city, we built this city on rock an' roll
Built this city, we built this city on rock an' roll

Did you know Shakespeare born in the 23rd April and died on the same date, amazing he wrote all those plays in one day.

Actually Bon Jovi.

Whitesnake would not sing such cr*ppy lyrics.

Take me down slow an' easy,
Make love to me slow an' easy
I know that hard luck an' trouble
Is coming my way,
So rock me 'til I'm burned to the bone...

He remains an Englishman!
