Goes under the knife next tuesday which will rule him out for rest of the season. Is that his Southend United Career over?

He said this was going to happen in his Echo column last week. He's had a persistent knee problem apparently. Wants to get it resolved once and for all.

For his SUFC career to be over it would have to have started. He has been injured more than he has been fit I am sure. Cant see him retiring out of choice. Why would he when he has a year left.

clueless idiots harris is 1 of are best finishers at the club . fantastic signing hope he plays more next season hes just unlucky with injury atm./

I suspect a lot of people slagging off Harris on here are the ones who got over excited about him when we first signed him.

This season he has been mostly injured or not picked to play so hardly his own fault.

No its not his fault, and a very decent player on his day, but a 3 year contract given to an injury prone 34 or 35 year old was a mistake right from the start.
