What do you think he is doing?

Why has he got so many old geezers with so much experience?

My first instinct would be that he is training players to become coaches, as these type of players are quite expensive to buy, however not sure it will be a good strategy long term.

But on second glance noticed that all his old players have never been transferred so i guess he is just ticking along without really playing the game.
