That is so sick and if I ever found out who did that I would cut their heads off with a knife!! I hate animal cruelty I think it is disgusting and people should get life in prison for it!

This sounds more like a psychotic episode as opposed to out and out animal cruelty. Heck, to write 'cat' on the wall in cat blood is just a bit ****ed up.
