Nope, my bank says on it's front screen it's not affected. I'm sure it's like the millenium bug all over again.
 
Some sites were definitely vulnerable.

Google and Facebook were both affected .

Bottom line is you should change all passwords fairly regularly anyway, and think about whats the worst that would happen. If someone got my password for here they couldnt do a lot....
