Hi. This is Mark. First time signing in. Supported Southend for 46 years, admittedly first few years spent running around the old South Bank with my mates. Seen lots of ups and downs (more downs). Always had the feeling we could become far bigger but never happened. 12 months ago felt optimistic but since that time a real horror story and not really sure why. Seems a combination of a number of things and not easy to fix. First stage new manager
