With the resurgence of Wales and Northern Ireland should these not be resurrected on a two year cycle between euros and world cups? That is 2017, 2019 etc

Used to love them,but not sure now.
It does not now really help England,although we are now the 3rd best team here?? after Wales&NI !
Maybe a home &away league,spread over 4 years,every 4 years...with Southern Ireland also.
But i would rather have a Great Britain team, then we could also have a "side" competition every season between the Home nations
